In this fish and seafood cooking class, you will learn to present the catch of the day with style: baked in a dramatic salt crust which is both beautiful and makes for a tender and delicious fish. We'll kick off with a Prosecco toast and a few snacks to get you started, then move on to making the fresh pasta of your choice tossed with clams, mussels, or the fresh fish of your choice before preparing a whole fish roasted in a salt crust. We'll end by making a tiramisu with limoncello or coffee.
