MEAT MENU: PASTA AND CHICKEN CACCIATORE

Description

In this meat cooking class, you will learn to prepare the one of the most famous Italian classics: chicken"cacciatore". We'll kick off with a Prosecco toast and a few snacks to get you started, then move on to making the fresh pasta of your choice before preparing your chicken slowly braised in tomatoes with olives and wine. We'll end by making a tiramisu with limoncello or coffee.

Program:

  • Welcome Prosecco cocktail with a tasting of a variety of local cheeses and meats;
  • First course: handmade pasta (including gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli);
  • Second Course: chicken cacciatore (braised with tomatoes, olives, and white wine);
  • Dessert: coffee tiramisù or limoncello tiramisù;
  • Still or sparkling water and local wine (white or red): one bottle per two guests.
