MEAT MENU: PASTA AND MEATBALLS

Description

In this meat cooking class, you will learn to prepare the most beloved Italian dish across the globe: meatballs. We'll kick off with a Prosecco toast and a few snacks to get you started, then move on to making the fresh pasta of your choice before preparing your delicate meatballs, known as "polpette". We'll end by making a tiramisu with limoncello or coffee.

Program:

  • Welcome Prosecco cocktail with a tasting of a variety of local cheeses and meats;
  • First course: handmade pasta (gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli);
  • Second Course: meatballs cooked in a rich tomato sauce;
  • Dessert: coffee tiramisù or limoncello tiramisù;
  • Still or sparkling water and local wine (white or red): one bottle per two guests.
