In this vegetarian cooking class, you will learn to make one of the most famous recipes from southern Italy: the hearty baked eggplant parmesan. We'll kick off with a Prosecco toast and a few snacks to get you started, then move on to making the fresh pasta of your choice before preparing a rich eggplant parmesan, known as "parmigiana di melanzane". We'll end by making a tiramisu with limoncello or coffee.


  • Welcome Prosecco cocktail with a sampling of local cheeses and fresh seasonal vegetables
  • First course: handmade pasta (gnocchi, ravioli, scialatielli);
  • Second Course: eggplant parmesan or zucchini parmesan;
  • Dessert: coffee tiramisù or limoncello tiramisù;
  • Still or sparkling water and local wine (white or red): one bottle per two guests.
