In this meat cooking class, you will learn to prepare the most beloved Italian dish across the globe: meatballs. We'll kick off with a Prosecco toast and a few snacks to get you started, then move on to making the fresh pasta of your choice before preparing your delicate meatballs, known as "polpette". We'll end by making a tiramisu with limoncello or coffee.
- Welcome Prosecco cocktail with a tasting of a variety of local cheeses and meats;
- First course: handmade pasta (gnocchi or scialatielli);
- Second Course: meatballs cooked in a rich tomato sauce;
- Dessert: coffee tiramisù
