In this fish and seafood cooking class, you will learn to prepare the catch of the day in traditional Neapolitan style: slowly poached in a flavorful tomato broth. We'll kick off with a Prosecco toast and a few snacks to get you started, then move on to making the fresh pasta of your choice tossed with clams, mussels, or the fresh fish of your choice before preparing a your fish, known as "acqua pazza". We'll end by making a tiramisu with limoncello or coffee.
- Welcome Prosecco served with shrimp on orange leaves or salt & pepper shrimp
- First course: handmade pasta (gnocchi or scialatielli) served with clams, mussels, or your favorite fresh fish
- Second Course: fish poached in tomato broth, "acqua pazza" style
- Dessert: coffee tiramisù
- Still or sparkling water and local wine (white or red)
